Megan Walls, CPC, PCC, ELI-MP is a certified executive and career coach, author, noted speaker. She works with high-achieving professionals and teams to unlock their full potential, develop leadership skills, and boost confidence to overcome obstacles and thrive in their organizations and their careers.

What sets Megan apart from other career coaches is that she has developed a proprietary “inside-out” coaching approach which she uses as her foundation with every client. The “inside” refers to helping clients identify areas of strength, areas to improve and obstacles to overcome. The “out” refers to helping clients set realistic goals and create action plans to achieve their goals. During this process, Megan provides guidance, insights and leadership tools and serves as an accountability partner to accelerate a client’s career success while staying true to themselves.

Prior to coaching, Megan enjoyed a highly successful, 20-year career as an institutional salesperson in the municipal bond industry at Hutchinson, Shockey, Erley & Company and was the firm’s first female partner. She holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University, received her coach training from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
