CWIM Announces a Resource for Women Returning to the Workforce!

Women like yourself who have taken a career break often find it challenging to return to the workforce in a similar role.

The Collaborative WIM (CWIM) Returnships Program seeks to provide resources to help you fulfill your professional goals of again advancing in your career.

While our focus is on returnships—programs similar to internships, with extra training, mentorship and a cohort group to help navigate the return to work—you will find a welcoming forum here to help you locate and prepare for both returner-friendly and traditional job opportunities with resources in a range of formats—articles, podcasts, and videos.

CWIM believes that support networks are fundamental to career success. Our mentorship program, as well as inclusive space for women in this stage of their career journey to build their own communities, are open to all who are interested.

We join you in celebrating what you have already achieved. We seek to empower you, and other women, to learn from and grow with each other as you re-launch your careers.
